Once we get a chance to understand you and what your expectations are we can begin the process of tailoring our services to meet those expectations. We will discuss how we work as a company and answer all your questions. If all works out, we move to step two, the property walkthrough.
At the property walkthrough we will get to learn how your property currently operates. Identify areas of improvement and how we can work toward maximizing your properties rental income potential. After hearing your goals and concerns we can then create a plan of action that will materialize into our management proposal, step three.
Based upon everything discussed and learned through the property walkthrough we will customize a management contract that meets all expectations. You will have plenty of time to review the contract, make changes and suggestions before mutually signing. Starting with 24hr access to our online management system our journey will begin!
As we work with our clients in their real estate process, your safety and ours is a top concern.
